Brief description of works
Eco-1 Electrical Solutions was selected to lead the electrical installation works for the conversion of an old, redundant retail unit into a state-of-the-art 42,000 sq ft retail space spread across two floors. This project involved a complete overhaul of the electrical systems to support the operations of a modern retail environment.
- New LV Intake Panel: Ensuring safe and efficient power distribution for the retail space.
- LV Distribution System: Including all necessary earthing and bonding to ensure safety and reliability.
- Standby Generator and UPS System: Providing backup power to maintain operations during power outages.
- Containment Systems: Installing cable management systems to house and protect all electrical cables.
- LV Small Power Systems: Providing power for equipment and systems throughout the store.
- Mechanical Power Supplies: Ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC and other mechanical systems.
- Mains Lighting Systems: Installing energy-efficient lighting to illuminate both customer-facing areas and back-of-house operations.
- Emergency Lighting Systems: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing illumination during emergencies.
- IT Cat 6 Cabling System: Establishing robust data connections throughout the facility for all IT infrastructure needs.
- Fire Alarm System: Installing a comprehensive fire detection system to ensure safety and compliance.
- PA System: Providing communication solutions for staff and customers.
- CCTV System: Installing security cameras throughout the site to monitor activity and enhance safety.
- Access Control System: Managing access to restricted areas within the building.
- Intruder Detection Alarm System: Protecting the premises from unauthorized access.
- Disabled Assistance Alarm: Ensuring accessibility and safety for all customers.
