Brief description of Works
Eco-1 Electrical Solutions was selected as the main contractor to lead the lighting upgrade project for multiple stores across the M&S estate, including high street, retail park, and outlet stores. This project involved retrofitting and replacing outdated lighting with energy-efficient LED alternatives, ensuring a sustainable, cost-effective solution for M&S locations nationwide.
- Retrofitting and replacing existing lighting fixtures with LED alternatives in various retail environments across the M&S estate.
- Installation, commissioning, and testing of all new lighting fittings to ensure optimal performance.
- Alteration of the lighting control scheme, to improve energy efficiency and enhance store management capabilities
- Store layout and specific lighting requirements for different retail environments.
